What should I do now?

Important Things you Need to Know

You should write an account of the events leading to your arrest. Include a general dated chronology and a description of your interaction with the police but save your version of what happened for an in-person consultation. This is so your lawyer can have a comprehensive and accurate picture of the circumstances.

What to Expect in Court

You must arrive at the courthouse no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to your scheduled court time. There will be long lines to enter the building and metal detectors.

When you enter a courthouse, you are waiving certain rights and are subject to search.
